In celebration of Old Music Day, March 21st, distinguished soloist Giulis Ventouras presents the monumental work ofJohann Sebastian Bach, GOLDBUBERG ARTICLE 63
The work
Bach began the composition of a harpoon with one aria and 30 variants and was first published in 1741 under the heading "Exercise for a keyboard consisting of one aria with various variations for a harpoon with two keyboards". The cover is still described as a work of mental well-being of the lovers (in the original: denen Liebhabern zur Gemu ̈ths-Ergetzung verfertiget)
